Description: Influenza is a class of acute respiratory infectious diseases caused by influenza viruses belonging to the Orthomyxoviridae family. Influenza viruses are composed of multiple subtypes, and their classification is determined by the antigenicity of surface glycoproteins. NA (neuraminidase) is the main surface glycoprotein of influenza virus, which is responsible for cutting HA protein during viral budding and binding to host cell receptors, allowing mature viral particles to be released and infect other cells. The humoral immunity produced by the host against NA generally has NA enzymatic activity inhibition activity. Such monoclonal antibodies can be used for accurate analysis and qualitative detection of antigen variation in the virus.
