Receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1) is a transmembrane protein in the ROR family, which is involved in intercellular signal communication and intracellular signal transduction, and regulates cell proliferation, differentiation and metastasis.ROR1 is mainly expressed by neural crest cells during embryogenesis, and there are a small amount of expression in fat tissue after birth.It is also expressed in pancreatic, lung, B precursor cells, but it is highly expressed in various solid tumors such as adenocarcinoma of the lung, breast cancer, melanoma, renal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and so on.
