Description: Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by influenza virus, which belongs to the Orthomyxoviridae family. Influenza virus consists of multiple subtypes, and its classification is determined by the antigenicity of surface glycoproteins. NA (neuraminidase) is the main surface glycoprotein of influenza virus, which is responsible for cutting HA protein during viral budding and binding to host cell receptors, allowing mature viral particles to be released and infect other cells. The humoral immunity produced by the host against NA generally has NA enzymatic activity inhibition activity, and such monoclonal antibodies and polyclonal antibodies can be used for accurate analysis of antigen variation of the virus.
