Description:HEK293 is epithelial cell like, adherent growth, tumorigenic in nude mice. It is a sub triploid human cell line. HEK293 is widely used in various experiments and production because it can produce high-level proteins that are most similar to human naturally synthesized proteins, as well as reproduce rapidly.
CD80, also known as B7-1 or BB1, is a co-stimulator of CD86 activated T lymphocytes and plays an important role in autoimmune monitoring, humoral immune response and transplantation response. The molecular weight of CD80 is about 60KD. CD80 was expressed on activated B lymphocytes, activated T lymphocytes, macrophages, peripheral blood mononuclear cells and dendritic cells, but not on non activated B lymphocytes, erythrocytes, granulocytes and nuclear cells. The ligands of CD80 mainly include CD28 and CTLA-4 (CD152), which are both receptors on T cells.
