Description: cyno-LILRB1 (also known as ILT2) is an inhibitory leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor (LILRB) and belongs to a member of the LILRB family. cyno-LILRB1 is widely expressed on a variety of immune cells, including primary NK cells, B cells, various T cell populations, monocytes / macrophages, eosinophils and basophils, dendritic cells, decidual macrophages and osteoclasts. Drug development against cyno-LILRB1 mainly focuses on the use of antibodies to block its function. For example, bnd-22 antibody can increase innate and adaptive immune responses against tumors by blocking the binding of cyno-LILRB1 to its ligand HLA-G.
