Description: CD38 is a cell surface glycoprotein with multiple biological functions. CD38 widely exists in different types of cells, including B cells, T cells, natural killer cells and some non immune cells. In the immune system, CD38 participates in signal transmission between cells and plays an important role in NAD+ metabolism, affecting energy metabolism and apoptosis. In addition, CD38 is highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells, making it a potential target for tumor therapy.
