Description: CHO cells were established from the biopsy tissue of adult Chinese hamster ovary. CHO-K1 cell is a subclone of CHO cell. Proline is required for the growth of CHO-K1 cells.
CD40L also known as CD154, TRAP, or gp39, is 33KD type II transmembrane glycoprotein with a total of 266aa, including 214 amino acids in the extracellular region, which has high homology with TNF at the amino acid level. CD40L mediates a range of activities on B cells, including induction of activation of relevant surface antigens, cell cycle entry, isotype switching, and Ig secretion and memory
