Description:HEK293 is epithelial cell like, adherent growth, tumorigenic in nude mice. It is a sub triploid human cell line. HEK293 is widely used in various experiments and production because it can produce high-level proteins that are most similar to human naturally synthesized proteins, as well as reproduce rapidly.
Lilrb1/cd85j/ilt2 protein is an inhibitory receptor widely expressed on leukocytes. LILRB1 recognizes a variety of canonical HLA class I allelic variants, as well as non canonical molecules hla-f and -g, by binding to the conserved A3 domain. LILRB1 also recognizes the MHC class I homologue UL18 encoded by human CMV. LILRB1 is encoded within the leukocyte receptor complex on 19q13.4. LILRB1 can act as a negative regulator of bite molecule induced tumor cell killing.
