Description:HEK293 is epithelial cell like, adherent growth, tumorigenic in nude mice. It is a sub triploid human cell line. HEK293 is widely used in various experiments and production because it can produce high-level proteins that are most similar to human naturally synthesized proteins, as well as reproduce rapidly.
CD86, The alias is B7.2 with a molecular weight of 80kd. It is expressed in dendritic cells, monocytes, memory T lymphocytes, germinal center B lymphocytes, activated B lymphocytes and activated T lymphocytes. It belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily whose ligands are CD28 and CD152 (CTLA4)
