Anti Canine Parvovirus VP2 (CPV-VP2) Monoclonal Antibody
Description: Canine Parvovirus (CPV) belongs to the Parvoviridae family and Parvovirus genus. CPV mainly infects dogs, especially puppies, with extremely high infectivity and mortality rates. The disease can occur throughout the year, but it is more common in winter and spring. Sudden changes in management conditions, long-distance transportation, coldness, and overcrowding can all contribute to the occurrence of the disease. Infected dogs are the main source of infection, as they excrete large amounts of virus in their vomit, saliva, and feces. Recovered dogs can still shed the virus through feces for a long time. Evidence suggests that humans, lice, flies, and cockroaches can act as mechanical carriers of CPV. Healthy dogs can be infected through direct contact with sick or virus-carrying dogs, or through contaminated feed and water through the digestive tract.
