Description: H13 subtype avian influenza viruses are commonly found in wild birds, and in recent years, this subtype (H13N2 and H13N8) has also been detected in egg-laying chickens. Although this subtype of avian influenza virus is not the main one circulating among poultry, it poses a risk of epidemic and cannot be avoided, which brings risks to the poultry industry and public health. Therefore, specific monoclonal antibodies against H13 subtype HA play an important role in clinical diagnosis.
