Description: hFcRn (human Fc receptor, Neonatal), also known as FcRn or FCGRT, is a transmembrane protein widely expressed in mammals. Its main function is to regulate the metabolism of immunoglobulin G (IgG) in serum. FcRn plays an important role in the blood circulation of newborns and helps maintain the stable level of IgG. FcRn can prolong the half-life of IgG by binding to IgG to prevent it from being rapidly cleared in the blood circulation. FcRn is also involved in regulating the immune response, affecting the immune response and inflammatory response of the body.
