Description: H3N2 subtype causes respiratory diseases. This subtype can be transmitted through the respiratory tracts of various animals and is the main epidemic subtype of human influenza. The H3N2 subtype virus is widely present in birds, humans, and pig populations. In most countries, H3N2 subtype influenza virus is the dominant strain causing influenza epidemics. The use of H3 monoclonal antibodies with HI activity can be used for accurate analysis of viral antigen variation and provide reliable information for vaccine screening.
