Description:
The expression of TIGIT molecules is mainly expressed in T cells and NK cells, and has varying degrees of expression in various T cell subsets. TIGIT is not expressed on initial CD45RA+CD4+T cells, but is upregulated after cell activation; At rest, the expression level of memory CD45RO+CD4+T cells is very low. After activation with CD3 and CD28 antibodies, the expression is significantly upregulated, but after 6 days of activation, the expression of TIGIT rapidly decreases. The expression of TIGIT protein was also detected in regulatory T cells. In addition, TIGIT is highly expressed on the surface of NK cells.
